Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled and refunded according to the following schedule, based on the date of the Race Expo:

• 4 weeks or more before the Race Expo: Customers are eligible to receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.

• Within 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks before the Race Expo: Customers are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

• Within 2 weeks before the Race Expo: Orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing times. 

Once an order has been received at the Race Expo, it is considered final and is no longer eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
